Weight loss isn't about what you take away.
It's about what you add to your life.
Most people try to lose weight through restriction — cutting calories, eliminating foods, tightening control.
That can work briefly. But deprivation isn't sustainable.
Weight loss doesn't exist apart from sleep, stress, hydration, energy, routines, emotions, or the relationship you have with food and your body. When those pieces aren't aligned, effort alone doesn't last.
Begin Your JourneyWhen restriction leads, the focus is always on what to cut.
When abundance leads, the question becomes: what can I add?
More nourishment.
More structure.
More rest.
More margin.
When the body is no longer operating from scarcity, the mental noise around food quiets — and weight loss becomes steadier.
I'm Sorelle Weinstein. I spent more than four decades struggling with food.
That struggle takes up mental space, energy, and self-trust. It turns eating into a daily negotiation and your body into something you're constantly managing.
As my relationship with food healed, weight loss followed — over 150 pounds. More importantly, I moved from scarcity to abundance, and that shift reshaped how I live.
Before coaching, I worked as a book editor, helping people revise the stories they were telling on the page. Now, I help people revise the stories they're living inside — so change can actually hold.
Because I know this struggle from the inside, helping others move out of it feels like a privilege.
The principles of weight loss are rooted in science — nutrition, metabolism, physiology.
At the same time, bodies and lives are not interchangeable.
People differ in chemistry, stress load, schedules, and history with food. What works well for one person may not hold for another.
My work draws on evidence-based nutrition, habit-based thinking, and lived experience, applied with the whole person in mind — body, routines, and real life.
What we build fits your body and your life, so change can last.
Most people don't struggle because of one decision. They struggle because of what happens after it.
All-or-nothing thinking turns a moment into I blew it, followed by I'll start again tomorrow.
It's asking: what's the next choice I can make right now?
That question lowers the noise and keeps momentum — even on imperfect days.
Sessions are held on Zoom or in person. I work with clients around the world.
